Services
Holford Facilities Management LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is an Integrated Facilities Management provider serving UAE enterprises with annual maintenance contracts, MEP and HVAC maintenance, commercial cleaning, asset management, and managed third-party services.
Payment and Invoicing
Clients are required to pay for services as agreed upon in the service contract. Invoices are issued based on the services provided and are subject to the payment terms specified in the agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are outlined in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.
Confidentiality
Holford Facilities Management LLC respects the privacy of its clients. Any information shared during the provision of services will be treated with confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Holford Facilities Management LLC remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Holford Facilities Management LLC is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our services. Clients use our services at their own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
Changes to Terms
Holford Facilities Management LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
